Basic class
This basic class emphasizing safety and proper alignment in all of the postures. They welcome people of all abilities from beginners to more advanced students.
A special welcome to those in recovery from addictions or those on a healing path in their lives. The yoga teachers take a gentle approach to overall fitness, honoring each individual's personal challenges and limitations. Adjustments in each posture are made, according to the individual.
People of ALL sizes, body shapes, types, colors, flavors and textures can attend. . . . Yoga teaches us acceptance of self and others - -
The emphasis of this class will be on learning proper yoga technique to avoid injury - -
This involves slowing down the thought processes to get OUT of our MINDS and INTO our BODIES - - And on the deeper levels -- allow our INNER WISDOM to guide us.
